-Prices

The price of products on our website is displayed in euros and includes VAT. The price excludes delivery costs.

-Shipping

All shipments are made with B-Post and PostNL. We deliver worldwide and for orders over 150 euros, shipping is free to Belgium and the Netherlands. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage during shipment by a carrier.

-Delivery time

We do our best to ship the order within a few days after confirmation,
usually within 1 to 3 days.

-Payment method

Customers can choose from the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, PayPal, iDEAL.
The products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

-Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to notify the seller by email within 15 days that they are canceling their purchase and to return the products to the seller within 15 calendar days. If this period is not met, the purchase is considered final. If the delivered products have been used, damaged, or contaminated, they cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

-Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal warranty. The customer must notify the seller of any defects in the delivered products within 7 days.
